My Story

I published my "Cookbook Suzanne's Signature Dishes" in 2010 and then decided to go to Johnson & Wales University to become a Pastry Chef.

I have traveled working as a Pastry Chef ever since I graduated from school.  My desire to create unique pastry led me to open my own custom cake business here in Charlotte, NC. I love helping brides and grooms by making their dream wedding cakes come true along with catering for their special day event.
